And We’re Back!
Hello faithful Journalphiles!
So sorry for the terribly long delay in new jack off material! I’ll refrain from making lengthy excuses about life, liberty, and the pursuit of the perfect cream colored paper and-
**I’ll just say for those of you who are interested- that I have a particular fondness for a dark cream colored paper which will likely never exist again, and I have a pronounced dislike for the frigidly smooth crispness of the New York monopoly that is Moleskine. It’s been a desperate 2 years in the search, but quite recently I came across some creamy paper through a terribly personable group by the name of Bee Paper who have given me hope. Joe C. at Bee Paper was so kind to indulge my lengthy email about my particular tastes and even go so far as to send me several tiny Pentalic sketchbooks as sample- I love them, but nothing can ever replace the cheap, moody texture of the original journals. I’m sure we’ll grow to love them as the pages fill up.**
The next year in journals see some distinct changes/explorations with medium, subject, and the journal object itself; and once again, some familiar fixations and new favorites are spilled across the pages. Again mine-self is morphic, fluctuating between masculine and feminine and both; always on top, sometimes giver, sometimes receiver, always depraved, these fantasies are quite unpredictable.
But first, some hello’s, goodbyes. We say hello to Bee Paper’s Pentalic Recycled Traveler’s Pocket Sketch, and goodbye to the Pearl River Mart yellow paged-commy-looking journals.
Happy wanking!
-Jiller
